When will the library reopen? Welcome Back to the Stacks! Stage 3 began Wednesday August 5th with appointmentsopen for browsing and computer bookings.Curbside Service will be continuing for both checkouts and printing.
I need a document printed. We can help with small batch printing. Simply complete this form and we will prepare it for Curbside Pick-up. Alternatively, you can book an appointment
I want to access eResources, but I don't have a library card. Send us an email and we will set up a temporary card for you within a few hours. We ask you come into the library with a piece of ID to update your card within the month.
My library card won't work. This is likely because your card has expired. Call during regular business hours (613-623-2279) or send us an emailand we will renew it.
Is the book drop open? Yes. All items are quarantined upon return and there is a corresponding 72 hour grace period so no fines will accumulate.
Can my community group still use the room booking? Sorry, the meeting rooms remain closed for the foreseeable future and are being repurposed for library use.
I had a post secondary exam booked, now what? All institutions have cancelled exams at the library. Please contact your college or university for further information/direction.
Will I get a refund on my ticket(s) to the cancelled May 1st Stephen Fearing Concert and April 27th Bob McDonald presentation? Bring back tickets you purchased at the library for a full refund or receive a charitable receipt if you choose to donate the funds. The deadline to return tickets is November 1. If you purchased online tickets, we are working with our vendor for an electronic refund through Brown Paper Tickets. Thanks for your patience.
Where's the best place to access the Internet? We have boosted our WiFi bandwidth and signal strength to the library parking lot. It is an open network and access is available 24/7. Please mind physical distancing.
